Editorial standards
Accuracy before attention
We check the origin, date and context of factual claims and use primary material where it is available. A popular post is not evidence on its own. We distinguish confirmed information from opinion, interpretation and matters that remain unresolved.
People deserve fair treatment
We avoid unsupported allegations, invasive speculation and sensational language about private lives. We take particular care with children and people exposed to distress or vulnerability. Images, quotations and identities must serve a clear editorial purpose.
Sources, reviews and corrections
Articles link to relevant source material when possible. Viewing guides are not presented as hands-on reviews unless the work has actually been evaluated. Corrections identify the material change; ordinary spelling and layout edits do not change the substance of an article. Readers reporting an error should include the page link, disputed passage and supporting evidence.
Commercial separation
Advertising, paid partnerships and affiliate relationships must be identified when present. Commercial considerations do not turn an unsupported claim into a fact or remove the need for a fair account. We do not sell favourable coverage or guaranteed editorial conclusions.
Dates and changing information
Schedules, availability and policies can change. Dated claims should identify the relevant period. General guides provide a method for checking current information rather than a promise that a service, price or event will remain unchanged.
